Qualification
- Participants must be male or female and aged 18 or over on the day of the event, and be able to complete the course within the time limit without getting lost.
- Participants must have completed one of the following races certified by the International Trail Running Association (ITRA) between two years prior to the general entry start date and the day before, and must be able to prove this on the ITRA results page.
- "Virtual FUJI100mi 2025", "Virtual KAI70k 2025", and "Virtual ASUMI40k" are not eligible races.
- FUJI100mi: One race with ITRA Points 4 or more or two races with ITRA Points 3
- KAI70k: 1 race with 2 or more ITRA Points
- ASUMI40k: 1 race with 1 or more ITRA Points

Participation conditions -
- Participants are fully aware of the distance of the race and the special nature of running through mountainous terrain for more than a day and night, and have undergone the necessary training.
- Have the ability to deal with any problems that may arise in this type of race.
- Ability to deal with unexpected troubles and bad weather (low temperatures, strong winds, rain and snow) that are expected in mountainous areas without relying on others.
- Ability to independently deal with physical and mental problems caused by extreme fatigue, internal organ or digestive problems, muscle pain, and minor injuries.
- The participants are fully aware that issues 1 to 4 are something they must overcome on their own and that the tournament organizers are not responsible for them.
- Be fully aware that if you are faced with a safety issue while engaging in natural activities, you must respond based on your own individual capabilities.
- The rights to publish any videos, photographs, articles, records, etc. of athletes participating in the tournament on television, in newspapers, magazines, on the Internet, etc. belong to the organizer.
*If any of the above conditions of participation are violated in the 2026 race, we may refuse participation in races from 2027 onwards.

About Parking
Parking tickets will be sold to those who wish to use the parking lot, but the number of parking spaces is limited.There is no parking available for runners at the finish area, Kitaroku Park.

- Please note that donations are not tax deductible.
- There will be no deposit fees on donations or participation fees for those who make a donation entry.
- The environmental projects of the NPO Fuji Trail Runners Club will be used to cover the costs of environmental surveys and trail maintenance on the trails at the foot of Mount Fuji.

Notes
- When entering, you will need the name of the race you completed, the date of the event, your race number, your time, and the performance index issued by ITRA. The performance index will be used to determine the starting order for the wave start.
- When exchanging your number card, you will be required to present a photo ID such as a driver's license or passport to verify your identity.
- If you do not have a photo ID (such as a driver's license), the secretariat will send you a confirmation form by email.info@mtfuji100.comPlease attach your photo to the confirmation form and return it to us in advance by mail or email attachment.
Cancellation and changes to your application
- Once payment has been made, we will not be able to accept any changes to your event type or cancellation of your application, regardless of the reason. Participation fees will not be refunded.
- If you make a payment after the payment deadline, your application will be invalid. In this case, your payment will be returned minus the designated administrative fee.
- The right to participate in the tournament cannot be transferred to a third party.
