1. Support bib

This is required when entering the support area and providing support. Please note that only one person is allowed to support a player within the support area.

2. Support parking ticket

The following aid parking lots can be used free of charge. One parking space will be issued per supporter.

*There is no parking available for supporters at the finish area (Fuji Hokuroku Park). Please park at Fuji-Q Highland Conifer Forest and take the shuttle bus to the venue.

3. Support bag (zippered, approx. 70 liters)

Regardless of the number of athletes they are supporting, each supporter is only allowed to bring one support bag with them in a zipped compartment. Please note that no other luggage is permitted.

Notes and Requests

This event is actively committed to protecting the natural environment. If you do not follow the rules below, do not follow the organizers' instructions based on these rules, or neglect to take these precautions, you may be asked to leave the event on the spot, the runners you are supporting may be disqualified, or a penalty of 1, 3, or 6 hours may be added to your race time. You may also be barred from participating in the following year.

Conservation of the natural environment

  • While on the course, just like the athletes, you are prohibited from straying from the trail, such as taking shortcuts around corners.
  • Collecting or damaging any plants, animals, fungi, rocks, etc. is prohibited on the course or in any other area.
  • Please do not litter, but take it home with you.
  • Please use the toilets at each aid station. If it is unavoidable, please use a portable toilet and be sure to take it with you when you leave.
  • When participating in the tournament, please help reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by using public transportation or carpooling.

Aid Stations and Personal Support

  • Private support for this tournament requires advance application (by January 2026, 1).
  • The following items required for personal support will be mailed to applicants in advance.
    1. Support bib
    2. Supporter parking ticket
    3. Support bag
  • When applying for private support, one supporter is allowed to support multiple athletes. However, regardless of the number of athletes they are supporting, each supporter is only allowed to bring one support bag into the private support area.
  • Personal support is only permitted within the designated areas of each aid station (KAI, ASUMI, and SAKUYA are not permitted to provide personal support). Aid stations where personal support is permitted are F2 Fumoto, F3 Lake Shojiko in Fujikawaguchiko Town, F5 Oshino, and F6 Yamanakako Kirara.
  • Supporters may only enter and support runners in the designated support areas. Only runners are allowed in the aid sections provided by the organizers.
  • Only one private supporter may enter the private support area and support one player, regardless of the number of registered supporters. If multiple supporters are found to be supporting a player, the supported player may be penalized (disqualified or given additional penalty time).
  • The racers must go to the aid section and collect the food and drinks provided by the organizers. Supporters are not allowed to bring any equipment other than one support bag (1 liters) provided by the organizers.
  • The organizers will provide toilets and lighting for private supporters in the private support areas. Please note that some support areas do not have roofs. Please prepare your own rain gear in case of rain.
  • The private support areas are shared by many supporters. Please do not wait long before the players arrive to reserve a spot, but be considerate to other supporters.
  • Check the estimated arrival time of the runners on the race headquarters' record report website on the day, IBUKI GPS*, etc., and enter the private support area approximately 30 minutes before the race to get ready.
  • When runners leave the aid station, please make way for other supporters as soon as possible.
  • Private supporters will not be able to receive food and beverage services provided by the organizers.
  • Private supporters are not allowed to run alongside the runners.
  • As personal support, medical procedures are prohibited.
  • Any trash generated during support activities must be taken home with you and not left behind at the aid station.
  • Open flames are strictly prohibited at the F5 Oshino and F6 Yamanakako Kirara aid stations.
  • Open flames are not permitted at F2 Base and F3 Lake Shojiko in Fujikawaguchiko Town. Only gas burners for mountain climbing are permitted.
  • F3 Lake Shojiko in Fujikawaguchiko Town and F6 Lake Yamanaka Kirara are both located within national parks, so setting up tents, tarps and flags is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from cheering loudly or shouting in residential areas such as city areas or vacation home areas as this will cause a nuisance to local residents.
  • At aid stations where personal support is not permitted (F1 Fujinomiya, F7 Nijumagaritoge, F8 Fujiyoshida), cars are not permitted to enter and cheering is prohibited.
  • F4 Fuji-Q Highland Conifer Forest is a cheering aid station where you can cheer on the runners.

*Those who wish can use the "IBUKI GPS Rental Service (fees apply)." "IBUKI" is a GPS device that, if carried by an athlete during the race, will display the athlete's current location on a map almost full time (separate application required).

About parking

The event is created and run not only by the event headquarters, but also by volunteers, athletes, supporters, and everyone who comes to support the event. Please observe the rules and manners, and make Mt. FUJI100 a world-class event. Please also be considerate and do not cause any inconvenience to local residents or facilities.

Private Support FAQs

Who can apply for private support?

This should be done by players who wish to provide personal support.

Can multiple people apply for private support for one player?

Yes, you can. However, only one supporter per player may enter the private support area. Also, only one support bag may be brought into the private support area.

Is it possible for one private supporter to support multiple athletes?

Yes, you can. However, please note that each supporter is only allowed to bring one support bag into the private support area, regardless of the number of players they are supporting.

Can family members other than supporters be brought into the private support area?

This will only be permitted in unavoidable circumstances, such as preschool children. Please contact the tournament office. Please note that we may ask you to leave if we determine that you are interfering with the running of the event.

Can I allow players to take naps in my car during personal support activities?

Competitors are not permitted to nap outside of the sleeping spaces and private support areas.

Are there any shuttle buses for supporters to travel around the support area?

There will be no shuttle buses that will travel around the support area.
