  • If you are already a RUNNET member, you do not need to register. Please check "Change Member Information" to see if there are any changes to your registered information, such as your address.
  • Entry fee: 4,000 yen up to 220 yen, 4,001% (tax included) for 5.5 yen or more

*Recommended environment for the TATTA app

The recommended smartphone environment for using the "TATTA" app is as follows.

Tap "Events" in the TATTA app and check if "Virtual FUJI / KAI 2023" is displayed. If it is displayed, you're ready to go! (Your entry will be reflected the same day after the entry procedure.)

(If you have never used TATTA before) please start TATTA and do a test run before the actual run.

If you run during the period while launching "TATTA" on your smartphone or linking it to a GPS watch, your running distance will be counted.

During the period, start TATTA, tap "Start" and run. After running, tap "Stop" and "End", and finally tap "Save". Runs will be automatically tallied by starting the app and running, or by linking the app to a GARMIN or EPSON GPS watch and running.
  • Only "Running" or "Trail running" activities are counted, so please check your settings.
  • Data from running across the event period, such as from the day before to the day of the event, or from the last day to the day after the event, will not be recorded.
  • If you complete the entered distance within the specified period, you will be considered to have completed the race (cumulative). You do not have to complete the race in one go.
  • It doesn't matter when or where you run.
  • You can choose to make your activity and practice rankings public or private by going to "More" -> "Menu bar" -> "Various settings" at the bottom right of the TATTA screen. We recommend keeping your activity map private.
Step 3After the end

Finisher certificates can also be downloaded from the app.

Finishers will receive 2024 points for the Virtual FUJI 160k and 3 point for the Virtual KAI 69k as qualification points for the Ultra-Trail Mount Fuji 1. These points are valid from the time of completion (when the completion certificate is issued) even if the event is still in progress.

Step 4Finisher badges will be sent by mail

All finishers of the FUJI160k and KAI69k races will receive an original design badge after the race (expected to be sent around mid-November 2023).

This will be sent after the tournament ends.

The body of the "BLANK APPAREL™" is made partially from "BRING Material™," a recycled polyester made from recycled textile waste and old clothing.

◎Application Terms and Conditions

Participants must agree to the following application terms before applying.

  1. Changes to the event category, cancellations, transfer of rights, or name changes due to personal reasons after application are not permitted. In addition, refunds of entry fees and other fees will not be accepted for reasons beyond the control of the organizers.
  2. You are free to set your own course, but please choose a time and environment that allows you to ride safely and securely in your area.
  3. Please be sure to follow traffic rules, etiquette, and rules for using parks and other facilities.
  4. Please avoid riding in groups. If you are riding with multiple people, please be careful to keep a sufficient distance between you.
  5. Make sure you are in good physical condition before starting, and if you feel any abnormalities, be sure to stop running.
  6. The organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, incidents, accidents, etc. that may occur during participation in this event. Insurance is not applicable.
  7. The organizers recognize the importance of personal information, and will strictly adhere to the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations and handle such information in accordance with the organizers' Personal Information Protection Policy. The personal information that they hold will be used for the purpose of improving services for participants in the event, including various participant information, record notifications, information about the next event, services provided by organizations sponsoring, cooperating with, and related to the event, and record announcements.
